Joint Integrity Management (JIM)
CF Service considers Joint Integrity Management a vital process for ensuring environmental and economic sustainability, built on three critical steps:
- Gasket Specification: Determining the correct bolt type, lubricant, and torque values based on the required leakage rate (according to DIN EN 1591-1 and ASME standards).
- Assembly & Testing Procedures: Defining detailed assembly, testing, and tightening procedures for on-site personnel.
- Proof Installation: Execution and verification of procedures on the job site to guarantee reliability.
